Nikia Hudson started her career in the insurance field in 2005, she has had an illustrious career with some of the top insurance firms in the country such as Allstate and Statefarm.  After thriving in the industry, she then courageously ventured out into the world of self-employment.  Once there, she began as a mortgage protection agent and gained a large amount of experience and knowledge in the life insurance industry. Nikia, then, appeared to have found her niche in providing services to the federal-employment sector.  During this time, Nikia found and established a passionate drive for educating federal employees on their benefits and pension by offering individual reviews along with workshops. Individual reviews allow her to meet with client one on one and come up with creative strategies to help them reach their financial goals and show ways to improve their way of living before and after retirement. 

 Nikia has become an expert in applying her knowledge of federal employee benefits to help guide and teach others to become more financially literate and be able to make sound and educated decisions on their financial future.  Nikia continues to stay on top of her game within the financial field and federal market by staying abreast of the changes in federal regulations and guidelines that govern federal employees, their benefits and pension. She is effectively supported by a team and brokerage with hundreds of investment vehicles and has helped secure millions of dollars for her clients over the years.
